Rent includes a free 18 cu. ft. refrigerator and free gas stove/oven in the kitchen. Rent does not include separately metered gas heating and electric utilities. The security deposit, the 1st month's rent and a $25 fee for each adult credit/background report are all payable in advance, in order to process the completed rental application.
The apartment is available for occupancy by a family with up to three children.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a three-family building, is freshly painted, on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. A car or bus ride is necessary for good shopping.
The building is very secure and has an intercom system. The Building Superintedent lives right next door, so all repairs and tenant requests are taken care of promptly. Wall-to-wall carpeting is on all floors except the rubber tiled kitchen area floor and ceramic tile bathroom floor
The apartment includes the following features:
10 foot high ceilings, fireplace mantels, ceiling fans in the living room and third bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are huge (12'0" x 19'0" size). The third bedroom is small (7'0" x 13'0" size) but it has its own private bathroom (5'0" x 8'0" size) with a stall shower. Since this third bedroom is located four feet away from the main entry door to the apartment, it should be used as an office, exercise room or guest bedroom or it can be occupied as a bedroom by any family member who is 16 years of age or older.
The living room/dining area with a bay window is 12'0" x 18'6" in size. The open kitchen area is 11'0" x 12'0" in size, and the main bathroom with a tub and shower enclosure doors is 5'0" x 8'0" in size.
There is ample closet space in the bedrooms with an enclosed storage area located above the hallway closet and an enclosed storage area located above the bathroom in the third bedroom. All windows are 79" high with mini-blinds and matching valances.
If you rent this apartment, you will have exclusive use of a huge 25 foot x 41 foot backyard and a 7 foot x 15 foot wood deck with direct, private access from your apartment.
A spayed or neutered, people-friendly, supervised cat is welcome. Under no circumstances will any dog be allowed.
